Venittah Orina is the Executive Support Intern at the Independent Medico-Legal Unit (IMLU), where she supports organizational leadership, coordinates administrative processes, and contributes to programmes advancing the rights and welfare of survivors of torture and other human rights violations.

She is a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to human rights, social justice, and the promotion of a society founded on dignity, equality, and respect for fundamental freedoms. Venittah brings experience in executive support, administration, stakeholder engagement, and community development initiatives, enabling her to contribute effectively to organizational governance and operational excellence.

Drawing from a multidisciplinary background in law, social work, and human resource management, she combines legal knowledge with practical experience in community engagement and institutional support. Her areas of interest include human rights advocacy, social protection, gender equality, community empowerment, and institutional development.

Venittah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), a Diploma in Social Work and Community Development, and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management.
