John Somba is a Finance Associate at the Independent Medico-Legal Unit (IMLU), where he supports financial operations, reporting, budget monitoring, compliance, and donor-funded program financial management. He has over three years of experience in accounting and finance, specializing in payment processing, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and audit support. Previously, he worked as a Credit Controller, managing credit control, customer accounts, invoicing, and debt collection. He also served as a Sales Accounts Clerk, strengthening his skills in financial record management and reconciliation.

Somba holds a Bachelor of Economics with Information Technology (Tom Mboya University). He is currently pursuing Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
