Erick Koech is a Litigation Associate at the Independent Medico-Legal Unit (IMLU) with experience in litigation, dispute resolution, legal research, and public interest advocacy. He previously worked at EKONS Law Advocates as a Dispute Resolution Advocate, where he represented clients in court, drafted contracts, and prepared legal opinions. Erick also served as an Advocate Trainee at the Office of the Attorney General and Department of Justice, Kenya, and has engaged with various non-governmental organizations as a Social Auditor on community governance and development initiatives.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Kabarak University and a Postgraduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law. Erick is a Certified Professional Mediator, a member of the Law Society of Kenya, and has a keen interest in Public Interest Litigation and Human Rights.
